🛡️ Bond Policy

• For certain hire items (e.g. backdrops, stands, neon signs), a refundable bond is required.
• The bond amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• The bond must be paid before delivery/setup, together with the booking balance.
• The bond will be refunded within 1-2 business days after pickup, provided that:
  All items are returned in their original condition.
  No damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required.
• If items are damaged, lost, or not returned, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond.
• If the cost of damage or loss exceeds the bond amount, the client is responsible for paying the difference.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before the event → Full refund.
• Within 7 days → No refund, but one-time reschedule allowed (subject to availability).
• Within 24 hours → No refund, no reschedule.
• Extreme weather or emergencies → Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
• Bond → Always refundable if the event is cancelled prior to setup.

🚚 Delivery & Setup Policy

• Each booking includes a delivery fee, which covers delivery, setup, and pick-up of all hired items.
• We will coordinate a delivery and setup time with you prior to your event. Pick-up will be arranged for the same day or the following day, depending on your booking.
• Please ensure clear and safe access to the event location for setup and collection. If your event is at a hotel, function space, or other venue, you must liaise with the venue manager to confirm delivery and pick-up times as well as access instructions. Delays may result in additional charges.
• Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. We cannot guarantee balloon durability in extreme heat, wind, or rain.
• On-site balloon decoration service across Melbourne. No international delivery and outside Melbourne.

• We only collect information necessary to process bookings (such as name, contact details, and event address).
• Personal data will never be shared or sold to third parties.
• All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment providers
