Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to all bookings, orders, and use of products or services provided by Balloon Daddy. By placing an order or making a booking with Balloon Daddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

  • Services and Hire Items
    Balloon Daddy provides event styling and decoration services. Certain items supplied as part of a booking, including but not limited to backdrops, stands, and neon signs, are provided for temporary use only and remain the property of Balloon Daddy. These items are not sold and must be returned as agreed after the event.

 

  • Refundable Bond
    For selected hire items, a refundable bond may apply. The bond amount will be advised at the time of ordering and must be paid prior to delivery. The bond will be refunded within 1–2 business days after the event, provided that all hire items are returned in their original condition and no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required. If any items are damaged, lost, or not returned, the cost of repair, replacement, or cleaning may be deducted from the bond. If the cost exceeds the bond amount, the client is responsible for paying the difference.

 

  • Delivery, Access and Collection
    The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and timely access to the event location for delivery and, where applicable, collection of hire items. Any delays caused by restricted access, incorrect information, or venue-related issues may result in additional charges.

 

  • Liability and Care of Items
    The client accepts responsibility for all hire items from the time of delivery until collection. Balloon Daddy is not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, adverse weather, guests, venue staff, or other third parties during the hire period.

 

  • Force Majeure
    Balloon Daddy will not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

 

  • Amendments
    Balloon Daddy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be published on our website.
