Refund policy

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery:
    Customers who cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.

 

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled delivery:
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund. However, customers may request a one-time reschedule of the service, subject to availability. 

 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

 

  • Extreme weather or emergencies:
    In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion. Customers should contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
